Properties displayed may be listed by brokerages other than Coterie Exchange, and the property may not be listed by the office or agent presenting the information on this page. Properties are subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal without notice.
Real estate listing data and images displayed through this Site’s IDX search functionality are owned by Canopy MLS. Coterie Exchange does not claim any copyright interest in this data and will not contest Canopy MLS’s copyright interest in it.
4. Third-Party Platform Acknowledgment (IDX Broker / Elm Street Technology)
This Site’s IDX search functionality is powered by IDX Broker, a product of Elm Street Technology, LLC (“Elm Street”). IDX Broker, and other Elm Street trademarks, service marks, and trade names, are the property of Elm Street. Coterie Exchange does not receive any license to use Elm Street’s marks under this Agreement and will not use them as part of its own trade name, trademarks, logo, domain name, or social media handles.
5. Fair Housing Statement
Coterie Exchange is committed to compliance with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and federal fair housing laws in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
